Sitting with my FIRST Q50s - it was not a horribly reliable car from the electronics standpoint. 9 months later I'd give it back to the dealer under the lemon law clause - they were totally understanding and actually encouraged me to do it - because they had tried several times to update the software and it failed - causing the car to malfunction. It was, BTW, one of the first 10 Q50s models sold in CA.
