Newbie Rim Set-up without Rub

Need advice from fellow G37 enthusiast. What size of rim set-up and tire should run with G37 Coupe Type S lowered on Eibach Sport Springs? When I originally called Vossen they mentioned should run 20x9+32 and 20x10.5+10.5 and I swear I said coupe. When I called back today someone said should run 20x9+25 and 20x10.5+30 and the other set-up is for sedans. The rep could not say what tire to run. Now I am confused again. I really been trying to read about offset but don't know how to achieve that nice clean look.

Any recommendations or feedback on the best looking rim size set-up without rub issues or burning through tires?

Any recommendations or feedback on tire size? Should I or is there a tire size I can run with 20 inch rim and still achieve the stock wheel diameter?

Trying to achieve a somewhat similar look to Vossen Diego Set-Up and etc.
