Im not sure if its the 275 tire, the +15 offset. I was recommended trimming my inner fender linings, smaller tire, and even camber kit to get negative camber. Im not sure what my best option is. I want to lower my car even more down the line after the rear rub is fixed, cause riding at maximum height kinda sucks.

The bumper tab needs shaved back or fully removed, it will shred your tires. Inner fender linings will be your decision whether to remove/trim back, I left mine as is, it only rubs on big bumps and it's not metal so no worries. As for the camber, the camber/toe bolts I used gave me -3 degrees camber which was enough, but my car is not lowered at all. Sounds like you need new control arms to achieve the amount of needed camber, if you want to go lower.

Hello,
I have almost killed the rears by running -3 camber, so I am looking to go to a smaller rear tire.

Front Rim: 19x8.5
Rear Rim: 19x9.5

Currently I am running:
Front Tire: Yokohama S. Drive - 245/40/19 (-1 camber)
Rear Tire: Yokohama S. Drive - 275/35/19 (-3 camber) +20 offset

What size rear can I run with the 245 on the front and to run less camber in the rear?

Toe is the tire killer, not camber. Those tires are the same size I'm running on my sedan (narrower rear wheel wells) and I don't get hard rubbing, even lowered. Granted, I'm running -2°, not -3, but I'll wager you have too much toe-in. Oh, and I'm not a straight-line guy; I don't do burn outs. That'll certainly kill tires with your camber.
