Advise on tire sizes for 18x8 oem wheels
Pretty straight forward question here. I have oem 18x8 wheels on my '11 awd coupe. Did a few searches and came up with a bunch of different answers. So what's the best tire size? And brand?
Here's a pic of the rims on my car. I'm currently getting lots of vibration with the current tires even after a balance I had done a week ago. Also an alignment done 3 weeks ago.

Might have a dinged wheel causing that vibration. You can run 225/50, 235/45, or 245/45. You'll probably find the most choices in the 245/45 and maybe even the best pricing in that size, so that would be my choice. If you can run 3 season tires they will perform best in all but freezing temps, if you need tires for cold winters and don't want to set aside a dedicated snow tire setup, then All Seasons would be the choice. For 3 Seasons tirerack has nice deals w/ $100 rebate on Hankook Ventus Evo V2, just one of the many choices out there.
