Staggered set-up g37s.. how many miles do tires last?

The tire itself makes more of a difference than not rotating or a mild neg camber. High performance, summer-only (aka, Three Season) tires typically last 15K miles, give or take a few thousand. Rears wear out a little quicker. All that assuming normal, spirited, daily driving. (slartibartfast drives like an old coot, whereas I'm also old, but drive like an idiot. )
When's the last time you heard your tires scream while you swept into a turn, or launched the car hard without traction control? If the answer is "this morning", then figure 10-15k miles on a set of performance tires.
It's the compromise you have to make if you want to play. Just is. Don't sweat it, man.

I was told that for AWD, its never good to have staggered set up.
However from this forum, lots of people have upgraded their wheels to coupe wheels and its proved to have zero issues.
My concern is that for G37x, its almost like RWD(20% front 80% rear something like that), rear will wear out quicker.
I was also told that for AWD, its better to swap all tires when the rear ones are weared out. Which will be very costy.
Perhaps I was wrong, I'm just trying to see what would be the best in long term.
I have a person who is willing to trade my rear(9.0) for his front(8.5) in local but in worse condition. (Mine is 9/10 and his is about 6,7/10).

If you do run staggered try one of the combos in this list that are a positive %, this means the rear tires are slightly larger, this will work better over time since the variance will get closer to equal over time.

you should expect over 20k miles easily on All Season tires, and like mentioned above, w/ proper alignment the staggered set should get within a couple thousand miles of a square set. Not being able to do a full rotation will hurt a bit but not enough to be a deal breaker.

Those 19" Sport Coupe rims are only a 1/2" stagger. You're right about the anecdotal evidence here... it won't mean a thing to your AWD car.
However, if I had an AWD G, I'd take that opportunity you're describing to get same-sized wheels, then rotate those puppies every 5k miles to keep an even tread.
And if you're putting A/S tires on that car, you can expect much better lifetime out of the the tread. Figure 20K give or take.

If I didn't replace the stock with pss earlier this year, I'd say they could of gotten a good 25-30K+ on the fronts and ~23-24K on the rears. This is the stock re050a tire. I also swap out winter tires for about 4-5 months of the year.
I do rotate on the same axle every 6K miles. I expect similar or better mileage from the pss's. It's worth noting usual acceleration is slower than most but to a faster cruising speeds. Braking is gentle too. Try to read the road and avoid complete stops.

I had those same tires when I bought the car. The rears lasted barely more than 10K miles, and the fronts just under 15K.

Based on what you and I are saying, perhaps the single most significant factor in tire mileage is driving behavior. And while I'm no hooligan, perhaps I am too hard on the car.
