You'd be better off going with a different set all together...try enkei or ssr.
the SP1s are a pretty small/fugly wheel

I only could fine these two with actual Work Meister:

JPSBLACKG37 Infiniti G37 - MPPSOCIETY

FS: Work Meister S1 19x11 +5, 19x11 +17

I don't plan on going super low...

I was actually looking at the Varrstoen Es2 too. Their TE37 replicas.

Would I be better with 19x9.5 +30 front and rear? Or 19x9.5 +30 front and +22 rear?

Keep the +22 rear, trim the bracket if need be
Look into a set of SSR GTF01, a little better looking from a much better company

So fronts +30 255/40/19 and rears +22 275/40/19? I'll check it out, thanks.

Or 255/35/19 all around like Ryne?

You would need to trim the fender liner and bumper bracket. Camber needed would be about -2 to -2.5

I decided to go for either the 19x9.5 +30 front and 19x9.5 +22 rear with 255/35/19 all around (similar to Ryne setup). Or 19x9.5 +30 all around with 265/40/19 all around (similar to Lt8Che setup). Is this a wise choice? Any suggestions? Should I do a staggered tire setup instead (notice their both AWD)? Thanks for the help guys!

You are correct, I am AWD, which played a role in my decision. If I was RWD, I would want AT LEAST 275 out back, probably 285.
