Those, because they aren't seated properly, can tear through the lug holes on OEM wheels.

Hmmm ...your right....I just took one of mine off and sure enough it looks nothing like the cone shaped ones they offer.
Looks like a stock one with washer...
If I look on their website it does not show they even offer this style anymore....at least when I search under infiniti G37...strange....
