Any negative to run these stock 18" coupe wheels on XS Sedan?

My stock XS wheels are 18x7.5 with offset of 45, while the stock X coupe wheels are 18x8 with offset of 43

I have no idea about specifications on wheels. Seems to be the coupe wheels are slightly wider, BUT also have a slightly smaller offset.

I ran this calculators from this websites:

Online Wheel and Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit

Not entirely sure what the results mean.

I dont want to change the dynamics of the car, its ride, straight line stability, or its handling.

Not sure if it matters, but here are the wheels that I am looking at:

Nice thing about those wheels is you can now safely run a 245/45/18, a much better tire size for your G IMO.

Jessebritches, thank you so much for the pic. I really think it enhances the sporty look, while still looking classy of our cars. I am thinking about buying these as my summer wheels and use my stock 18" sport sedan wheels as my winter wheels.

"blnewt" I most wanted to hear from you, thank you for the little insight. But, can you comment if adding these (with the slight increase in width from 7.5" to 8.0", but a slight decrease in offset from 45mm to 43mm) will negatively affect the drive, handling of the car? I want it to drive exactly like stock but just change the look. Also, will this cause an alignment to show I am out of alignment, when it truly in alignment?

You won't notice anything different in the alignment, but going to a slightly wider tire (and hopefully a better tire than OEM sets) your car will have a bit more planted feel and better grip when cornering. No cons going to that set, just pluses If you decide to run your OEM 225s on those 8" wheels you won't notice any difference TBH.

Thank you so much for the insight again. The 8" vs 7.5" I understand will not make a different if I keep the stock size tires, but I really am not sure about this offset thing lol, will the 45mm vs 43mm offset make a difference how it drives?

It is so minimal you won't notice at all.

Yes, they look high quality.

so much better finish than the silver/gray stock 17's that I had.

I used 245/45/18s all around Conti DSW 06s and it drives/feels much better than the 225 17s

Be thankful they're not the Goodyear RS-As, you'd be even more upset w/ those.
At least new tires is a simple fix.

jessebritches is yours an AWD or a RWD base G37? Is your car lowered at all or are those wheels on stock suspension?
