Wheels shaking :/

I just put on my winter wheels which are stock 18's, so put all the wheels on took it for a test drive and the car is shaking at 50mph and up. I can't seem to figure it out. I got the wheels balanced too. Maybe its because of the suspension? I'm lowered on tein S tech springs in the front and stock on the back. Also put the poem lug nuts back on too. Any help would be appreciated. Thank youuuu.

Your wheels are either unbalanced or out of alignment or both.

If you put your other wheels back on and have no problem then you can rule out alignment

Yep, if it was fine before putting on these wheels, your wheels are either out of balance or one of them might be out of round.
