Looking at purchasing a squared fitment of 19x10 all around on a 08 sport coupe.

Looking for mild drop on h&r sport springs or tein s tech.

Anything i should be worried about with this setup? Do i need a camber kit?

First, if you want a mild drop H&R or STechs aren't the springs you should consider, those are the deepest drop springs on the market. Look into Eibach, H Tech or Tanabe (and Swift if they have a coupe application now).
Even with the milder drops I'd at least get the rear camber & toe kit, you can get by w/ this bolt-only kit if you don't want the arms

As far as the wheels/tires, I'd run offsets in the +35 range and run a bit wider tire like 255/35/20s since 245s are only recommended up to a 9.5" rim.
