Wheels are looking awesome on your car man! I haven't seen a sedan with vert wheels before.

Looks nice OP

Yup they are actually the anniversary edition wheels for the convertible, also available for the coupe with the +45 offset. The sedans had 18" wheels that looked the same on the LE and Anniversary Edition. Thanks, can't wait to post pics with the Swift's installed. This is really making me want to go ahead and order my Akebono brake upgrade too.

I have the LE xS with the 18's and looking at these pics, I'm really tempted to go ahead with these 19's. I really haven't made up mind on what I really want but having awd limits my choices a bit. Kudos to you on the find.

Do you have the part number for the vert wheels? I want an inexpensive alternative to swap out my stock rims/tires for the summer, and I like the look of these. I have a 2010 G37x so I want a square setup and will consider doing the swift springs later.

See post 20 on the second page of this thread. If you are not lowering your car do not go with the 19x9 as they are too aggressive for the stock suspension, go for the 19x8.5 all around, they are a little cheaper too. I posted pics of my car lowered on swifts in the swift springs thread and the sedan picture thread at the top of this section.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but what is the meaning of "too aggressive"? From reading some of the comments, they stick out past the fender well??

I just purchased a G37x and have been looking at Swift Springs and deciding on what wheels to get (offset, etc) and if I need spacers.

You have the right idea of too aggressive. A lower offset would be more aggressive. My +30 offset wheels stuck out before the swifts were installed, post swifts they fit perfectly. If you go with the +45 or +43 wheels you'd want to run a 15-20mm spacer to make them more flush if you wanted after having your car lowered.

Thank you for the explanation man! If I am planning on lowering my car onto Swift Springs, would you reconmmend a +30 offset to make it flush on my vehicle? What would be the benefit of having +45 or +43 on my vehicle or is it stricly appearance?

Just appearance and a preference to have them sit more flush with your fenders with running spacers on the higher offset. Honestly I think until I purchased my wheels no one on here knew there was a difference between the convertible and the coupes rear wheel offset. It was a complete fluke that I picked up the wheels I did with the +30 offset, but I am glad I did since I don't need spacers now. So if you like the style of the OEM coupe wheels and want to run 4 of the rears all around with a lower offset, find the convertible rears and run those with your swifts. You have 3 different OEM wheel choices and a few different finishes available to choose from.

Um... my 19x10" rears have a +42 offset, and they poke 0.5" at OEM height. Seems to me a +30 offset would only be flush if you dropped it to the rim.

You need to reach out to blnewt for insights here. The guy's got this stuff down. Just PM him and have him jump in.

I don't think convertible and coupe offsets are any different. I think wherever you're sourcing your info is just off. Either set of LE wheels should be 19 x 8.5 +45 F and 19 x 9 +30 R. LE sedan wheels are 18 x 7.5 +45 and 18 x 8.5 +50.

widths must be considered along with offsets. A 10" wheel is 1" wider than a 9" wheel, so the same offset would be 12.7mm (0.5") more aggressive. Therefore a 10 +42 will sit VERY similar to a 9 +30. But of course tire choice will change the appearance relative to the fender. If you're running 275 that would be about 10mm further out (and in) than a 255.

They are in fact +30 on the vert, If you look at the back of the wheel the part numbers are different and it will say ET 45 or ET30.

So glad you guys are here to figure this chit out. Once the Swifts go on the car and the rears pull in (knock on wood), I don't expect to ever deal with it again... until Next Car. And even then, maybe not.

Step 1: research aftermarket wheels.
Step 2: become a wheel size/offset guru.
Step 3: profit.

Still working on Step 3.
