Think 19" Max rims look surprisingly good! (width/offset notwithstanding)

I've has gorilla lugs on about all my cars and never had issues with the color wearing, even with the gear - like design. With that said, those volk lugs are bad ***!! Do they have them in black?

Those Volk sets are awesome but about $250 on up.

Never know they make them in that color. Is that gold?

Those Volk Formula lug nuts are nice, but can be a pain too. Dust and dirt tends to settle in between the threads so it makes it difficult to remove the caps with the hex wrench supplied. I ended up stripping a few caps, then used them without any caps at all, then eventually switch back to Project Kics R40 lugs lol.

Good to know, thanks. And yes, black is one of the colors. Somewhat torn between gold and black. The gold would be nice against Moonlight White, but might also be too over the top for me, whereas the black might be just enough detail where its something only I would notice... Which is kind of the point. Hmm.

Yeah man, that's lots of money for lug nuts. No argument from me there. However, it's also a dollar value that fits nicely into my comfort zone when planning mods. So I could see this happening.

One of the considerations I'm unsure about at the moment is whether these VOLKS are too long. IDK if they'd be sticking out from the CVT rims, and if they did, would I like that? Don't know yet. Need to get the rims in my hands first.

Yep. Gold.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm pretty **** about keeping the car clean, and these wouldn't be run in the winter (duh). Worst case is a $250 lesson learned the hard way, and I'm OK with that.

First things first: get the wheels, mount the wheels, stare at the wheels, live with the wheels. There's forever after that to address lug nuts. All I'm doing here is research.

Speaking of which, all you guys are certainly helping. Thank you.

Here's a couple different lug colors on silver wheels/white sedan, I kind of like them, a bit bold perhaps but such a small area that it enhances rather than detracts IMO.

Found an ebay source selling the gold VOLK's for $75. Just don't know how far they would stick out from the rim. Have to get the rims first.

Damn tempting, though. So pretty...

You think they're real? Seems like everything that's top-shelf these days is getting replicated

For $75, I doubt they are real. None of the lugs have "Volk Racing" printed on them either.

Here's a fantastic research on lug nuts, over on a 370Z forum: Lug Nuts - The definitive guide - Nissan 370Z Forum

And a picture thread, just for nuts: Lug Nuts Picture Thread - Nissan 370Z Forum

Kind of liking these open-ended Titek shorties, in gold. Or maybe black. Either way, very nice. $23/set of 4, and another $50 for a matching lock set, so $142 + shipping.
