Continental ExtremeContact DWS in 225/50R18?

Winter is coming and it's time to take the Pilot Super Sports off my 2009 G37S sedan and replace them with something that can handle some light snow (should we get any here in Northern VA). From the research I've done so far, it looks like the best all-season choice for light snow is the Continental DWS. Early hype on the Pilot A/S 3 is good, but I can't seem to find any snow data.

Problem is, I've seen a bunch of threads claiming that the DWS isn't available in 225/50R18, and if you go to Tire Rack and do a "Shop by Vehicle", they don't show as an option. HOWEVER, if you search for the DWS by size, it shows that they definitely ARE available in 225/50ZR18. Is there some incompatibility that I don't know of? Is another size recommended? I'd hate to pull the trigger on a set of tires only to find out that they somehow won't work for my car.

Yes DWS tires do come in a 225/50/18. They are a great all season tire and are highly recommended for light snow rain and dry roads.
