biggest spacers without a drop?
another question, i apologize if this has already been covered.
has anyone installed spacers on their g37 coupe before lowering? what was your spacer size?
dealers are going to be installing my eibachs soon, but i want to install the spacers myself to ensure its done by hand and correctly. want to know if i can throw on my 20/25 before lowering it or if it will rub.

I have KW and running 20mm H&R with 19inch sport wheels 245.40.19 F 275.35.19 R.
Nothing is rubbing but because you are just on springs and can't fine tune the height of the car you might rub. Make sure to shave down the rear bumper braket and cut the fender liner back.
I'm about to run 25mm all around but I'm on again high end coilovers which don't sag or bottom out over imperfects in the road.
So I would play it safe and run if you are going to stay on stock wheels and stock tires you can do 20mm all around safe!
I'm going to guess you are on sport 19inch 225.45.19 245.40.19.

I didn't much thought about spacers, but it's becoming more of an idea for me, i'm installing bc coils this weekend, and seriously considering spacers, while on stock sport 19's, but I don't see the use of spacers.

with eibachs the 20mm front and 15mm rear spacers are perfect. if you go 20 in the back you may have to shave bumper bracket etc. I'm pretty sure people have had issues with 20mm on the back. Unless you are running extra negative camber.

This only true if you only using lower springs!

this is mine. eibach drop. 20mm F and 25mm R. stock 18s. No rubbing. If you are at stock height, you should put a max of 10-15mm or your wheels will stick out too much

really i'm only looking to do this temporarily until next friday. with the tires popping out of the sidewalls i'm worried about a bounce possibly rubbing the fender edge.
nice car by the way. i love how eibachs just remove the gap and keep the stock look.

you can tell the dealer to put on the spacers for you which im sure they wouldn't charge for or you can wait while the springs are being installed and after the install before the rims are put on you torque the spacers yourself. That is actually what I did. I brought my own torque wrench to make sure they are torqued properly
I wouldn't put them on myself before the install. I rather not risk the fender smashing the tire

I have a 2012 G37xS Coupe up here in Montreal. The stock wheels are 19" 9"width in the rear. The car comes with 225 45 19 all around. I'm thinking of installing coil-overs soon...possibly Standard Inc cause they're made here. I'm installing spacers. So far I'm leaning on 15MM in the front DRS and 20mm DRM in the rear. Anyone with advice here, it would be very welcome. Thx.
