I'd rather get the OEM wheels fixed over those. With stock X suspension, you will look like a 4x4 with those 19s, and the 9.5 rear with +35 will look funny on stock X suspension.

Anything is negotiable. IMO you have strong standing to make your case.

Outside that, on the x (I have a 2011) aftermarket wheels don't look so good. I have the stock 18" split 7-spoke set - IMO the best looking for the x.

update: so i talked to the dealer again today and he said that there is no way he will pay to get the wheels fixed. his wheel guy will charge $85/wheel and they will give me a loaner to drive around in the meantime ('13 lexus rx or es). for 3 wheels it's going to cost $255. i will go this route instead of getting new wheels or suspension and call it a day.

$85/wheel is a very good price. I guess at this point, that is the best deal for you, short of them paying for it.

update: dropped the car off at the dealer to get the wheels fixed and they gave me a new black rx350 do drive around for sometime (i bought the used car from lexus dealership). they will send it off to the wheel experts to get it repaired. i have to pay for the cost (3 wheels x $85 each = $255) but hopefully this will be the last time.
