No I bought the car from a Lexus dealer. They installed some Goodyear all season tires on them. At this point the dealer will pay for the repairs to the bent wheel. The car shakes mostly around 45 mph. It was shaking more during braking but that was reduced when we changed the front brakes.
... if i can just send the wheel's in for repair then the repair cost goes down to $85/wheel. but then my car is sitting on bricks. i don't have a second car so this is going to tough.
Didn't you state in the original post that the dealer would help you out with a loaner car if you paid for the repairs?
I asked them the first time to fix it, but they said that at this point they have spent all the money in replacing the brakes, new tires, detail and oil change so they are capped out . I will go there again to see if they will take the car back...
now that i think about it, maybe i should stop by tirediscounters and get a second opinion on how bad the damage is to each wheel and cost of repair....

that's their mistake, not yours. they should take responsibility. unless you went in there and specifically asked for new tires and brakes, it's their fault for misdiagnosing the issue.
