Possible to trip a wheel speed sensor after getting stuck?
It is hella *** snowy here and the snow is wet and heavy. I got stuck in my parking lot heading to my garage. Had to get pushed. Turned VDC Off so i could feather the car forward without it cutting power. I had to feather it for a ways before Id get enough momentum to keep going. Noticed when i pulled into my garage that the ABS, SLIP, and VDC off were all lit up on the dash. Restarted the car, still on, unhooked the battery, let it sit for 30 seconds, then hooked it back up and restarted the car, all on. Tried to drive my car to see if it would turn off but couldn't get out of the garage so i parked it and let it sit.
Possible I tripped a wheel speed sensor?? Anyone have this happen before?

Hopefully it's just snow caked up on the vains of the wheel speed sensor "hub". If those vains get caked up then it is impossible for the sensor to get an accurate reading.
A long shot, but another thing to check is your break fluid. If it low by the smallest amount its could trip those lights. If its not those things, then it mostly likely a speed sensor as you already said. Hopefully it's just the first thing I mentioned.
