ABS or Codes thrown with taller tires in Rear, shorter tires in front??
I'm thinking of purchasing 255-45-18 tires for the rear and 245-40-18 for the front to give the G37 a stagger look and drop the front just a little. Has anybody put on taller tires in the rear and had any codes thrown or any problems??
245-40-18 = 25.5" tall or 808 revs per mile.
255-45-18 = 27.0" tall or 768 revs per mile.
The tire shop says this will throw codes. I did this to my 2010 challenger (taller in rear and shorter in frt) and had no issues.......
Any input would be great!

Why not go with a lower profile in the rear. 275-35-18 should be pretty close to the same diameter. If you dont want to go that wide in the back, 255-40 or 255-35 would probably be better.

The combination I gave only makes the rear tire 0.20" taller, and the front 2.0" shorter.
The opt rear is 27.0 tall and oem is 26.8 tall. The front tire is dropping 2.0 ". So the front bumper will drop 1.0" and the rear bumper will raise 0.1 ".
I know the AWD cars stay within 3% Dia. My is not a AWD. I know I will have to re-adjust the lights. I just hope this does not throw ABS codes. Thanks for your input.
