What should I do?
Hey
Few weeks ago my rims got stolen off of my 2013 g37xs coupe with the 19" rims tire size 225/45r19. The other day I bought rims and tires from someone who has a 2012 g37s coupe tire size front:225/45r19 rear:245/40r19..i put these on and now the tpms light is on. I didn't realize that the back rims are diff size on the xs from s.. Is this a big problem? How can I fix it ? Thanks everyone

Ye they have them..the person I bought the wheels from took them off his car because he got aftermarket wheels. I am planning on changing the tires because the ones I have one make noise. I kind of. Feel better now since the size of the rear tire won't be a problem. Do I go to the dealership to sync them?

Ye but I'm not having work don't so they will prob charge me an arm and a leg for that. Is that the only option to go tithe dealership. I assume it wouldn't cause anything bad when it comes to the 4wd. How do I check for tpms?

If your AWD light is lit on your dash, it could spell trouble down the road (literally). The AWD system on the G is not meant for a staggered wheel set-up. AWD coupes with the sport package (xS) come from the factory with all four tires the same size for a reason. If you continue to run a staggered set-up on your AWD G it could compromise the AWD system. There are numerous posts on this forum debating this subject. To avoid any issues, all 4 tires should be the same size. For my summer set-up, I run 245/40/19s on all four of my rims and have no issues.

Tire diameter is practically the same for 225/45 and 245/40. You can easily get more of a difference running tires at full tread depth and pairing it up with tires that are down to the threads.
