yeah I'm not sure they make them only 2mm wide anyway. If the dealership will trade you that would be your best option.

 

Buy the set on eBay I linked you to and sell the "extra" wheels one at a time.

 

Different size tires don't cause the TPMS light to go on. The only thing that causes the TPMS light to go on is a low tire pressure reading. I think they may have thought you were talking about the AWD light on your dash - that would make more sense. As I stated earlier, the AWD light may go on if you are not running 4 wheels with the same diameter.

I have a 2012 AWD coupe with the sport package and I run 245/40/19s on all four rims, even though the front and rear rims are different sizes. Keep in mind, you are only talking 1/2 of an inch difference in width. Just verify the rim width range for your tires. The tire manufacturer specifications will indicate a rim width range. For example, the tires I am running have a rim width between 8" and 9.5". These tires allow me to use the two different rim sizes on all four wheels with the same size tire. My AWD light has never gone on.

 

You also could go 245s all around and rotate the tires by dismounting the from the wheels when you do it.

 

If you don't mind sharing..which tires are you using? I was getting ready to buy new rims but if you are saying that I can just put the same tires front and back that would be awesome. For the front I have 19x8.5 rims with 225/45/19 tires and the back rims are 19x9 with 245/40/19 tires.

 

As I had suggested, he uses the stock rear tire size on all 4. This quote was from another thread.

He never said if he uses summer tires or all seasons. I am looking at going with these just because they are affordable, have a 40k mile warranty and have a lip for rim protection:

Yeah I know it should be just fine. But I've seen people on these boards run a 245/35 and a 275/30 and have their vdc/slip/awd lights come on only to solve the issue by sticking a 285/30 on the rear. Just seems that some cars might be more finicky than others.

spoke to a service guy from infiniti today and he told me nothing will happen to the car if the front tires will be 225/45/19 and the rear tires will be 240/40/19. he told me it wouldn't affect the ride.
