Best Tire Size for Stock Wheels

Not sure why Tirerack doesn't show the correct results when you search for OE size F/R tires - but when you search directly for 245/45-18, 10 various Continental tires show up - one of which is the DWS.

"After further review" it seems the OEM tires are available on the Conti site. As others have stated they just don't show up as an option on some of the vendors websites. So now I know definitively what is available.
Thanks for all your help and input.

I recently bought these tires. I have the xS with 18" rim. I went with 245/45/18 all around.
These tires are very soft. I found more body roll on turns. Consider other options if this will bother you.

I was considering the DWS, but am going to go with a the Bridgestone-Potenza RE970AS Pole Position. After reading a lot of reviews and tire tests on Tire Rack, the Conti's have very soft sidewalls that increase body roll. The Conti's will do better on snow, but the Bridgestone's are still a UHP A/S tire, that does ok in snow, but will be more of a performance option.

OP, if you haven't purchased yet you might want to look at Toyo Proxes 4Plus
I really like mine, dry grip & wet performance are exceptional, very quiet too.
Vendor on the site Treadepot has nice deals on them, if you're interested ask for Andrew & tell him about myG37 for the best price. Here's a review and vendor link

Again, has anyone had success running 245 all around, but on the staggered sport rims? Is that extra 20mm up front too much overhang? I'd love to be able to buy a matching set, so I could extend the life with actual rotations down the line.

And Sniper, the staggered OEM rims on oliveview's RWD-Sport Sedan are 7.5" wide in the front, 8.5" wide in the rear.
