Alright picked up some new wheels
Rotiform TMB
Fronts - 19x10 et20
Rears - 19x10.5 et48
Now im not too sure what tires i should get. These will be going on a 2014 Infiniti Q50 so fitment should be similar to a G37 sedan.
Local tire shop was saying 245/35 for the front and 255/35 for the rear. I drive my car (canyons once a week) and i think that the sizes they recommend have too much stretch. Any recommendations for tire sizes? Im going more for the fat tire than stretch.

It may look off if you run standard in back and stretched in front so you might consider a spacer in back and then run stretched front & back, although I'm not one to recommend a stretched setup it's your best bet in this case, something like a 245/40/19 & 255/40/19 setup. I still think you'll be poking pretty good up front though.

The rears would be a reasonable offset for a standard 275/35/19 fit, the fronts will be a tough fit as the offset is very aggressive for a wheel that wide. You're going to have to run very stretched, especially if you're dropped anything more than mild. I'm not up on the front inner fender clearance but if it's similar to the G Sedan you'll rub the inner fender edge as it's not flat-rolled like the rear. Maybe the Q is flat rolled but

Hmm i havent test fit the wheels yet will do that tomorrow. there are a couple of guys on the q50 forum that are on air and they are tucking 20x10.5 et25 in the front with just a fender roll. maybe the q50 is different. i'll test fit tomorrow and take a couple pics of how much space i have and maybe you can help me with tires then. thanks!!

Hi All - Just bought 20x9 +20 (235mm) and 20x10.5 +25 (255mm) CV5s. The front sits perfectly flush and I like them, but the rears stick out a bit too far for me. I have an 09 coupe S at stock height. From reading around the forum, it seems that lowering the car would allow the rears to come in a bit and give me that flush look. My question is, which lowering springs are best to achieve this? I am thinking about Swift.
Thanks

Got any pics down the side of your car for reference?

will a camber kit affect the tuck of the tire at all?

It will bring the bottom of the tire in as you get camber less negative and this will result in the top of the tire to come out closer to the fender, not as much as the bottom going in but it will. How much depends how low you drop and how close to spec you want your camber setting.
For what you're trying to accomplish a mild spring w/ a rear toe kit will probably suffice as long as you can deal with some increased tread wear.

Blnewt, hopefully this will be my last question before I purchase my wheels. I'm planning to go with a staggered setup we discussed earlier, but if I decided to run a square setup after all, how much trouble would it be to run a 20x10 +25 front wheel? would it rub and what tire size would fit best?

He's running 9.5 +30 w/ 265s, the fit is spot-on
To get that fit w/ 10" you'd need to run a +35 offset and that 265/30/20 tire.
A 10" +25 would be 10mm further out than Lt8ches' fit.

ok so i have read and looked at a ton of stuff about the wheels and what not. I don't really feel I know more than I did before...I just feel overloaded. So I have 2 questions which I am sure have probably been asked. If I decide to go with 19x11 all the way around with the same tire size, A: will 11 fit fin in the front? And B: What is the lowest offset (deep dish) I can run to clear the brakes on front and back?

Shoot a PM to Diego and post up what "the man" says
Here's a FS lsting w/ some aggressive fit w/ 11s on the back might shoot him a PM for more pics

Greetings! Im currently an owner of a 40th Anniversary 370z and am considering parting it out in the near future an picking up a 2011 G37S Convertible 6mt. Im very well aware of many of the interoperability of parts between the two cars so I already know which parts to keep, but the one thing I don't know much about on the G is wheel fitment.
I know its gonna be a stretch, but is there any way to fit my current wheels with a mild drop on the car Im looking to get (think Swift springs):
Forgestar CF5V
Front: 19x10 +30 275/35R19
Rear: 19x11 +18 305/30R19
I appreciate your help and expertise!
