If your old wheels have them you can move them to the new wheels. They last about 5 years, so if they're old it may be worth your while to buy new. They cost between $60 and $120 each depending upon where you buy them.

There is a procedure above to program them to the car.

Thanks for the 411. Are we talking $60 each or for 4?

The TPMS system sucks on our car... Last summer I was heading to work on my new job so of course I was in a bit of a rush. I got in the car and notice it handle a bit differently but didn't suspect anything since all the dash lights were off. I drove it in town for about 5 min before reaching the highway once in the highway I drove it about another 10 min before my front passenger tire just blow up.. I lost control but quickly regain it and avoided a barrier. I later found out there was a screw stuck in my tire and my tire most likely has been flat since I left for work but no lights ever came on.

TPMS on this Tattoo is simple... One if the Rays had the sensors just take it to the Tire shop to be turned on... they can yet have experience in them will turn off...Too Switching from car to car will also need to be re- calibrated. Tire shops normally here don't charge. Not sure where your at and how the shops treat the TPMS there.
On your option screen has our TPMS Reset...well my 12 does...

I miss my S6 on that feature...it would tell me which tire was low... maybe the Next Gen Coupe will have that?

I used to work for a Tire Supply company and to be honest they are a pain...there is even a rebuild kit for them...once going from one Rim to the next tire shops will charge 10-15$ per kit... new gaskets and lock nuts...they are yet have a Tork set for them too.. if over tightened they will leak after a while..

Keep the Rays on.. go by a Tire shop have them turned on and recalibrated. Also check your options on the Dash settings and Done...

Happy Modding

Buy Dorman - OE Solutions TPMS Sensor / Transmitter Unit With Removable Clamp-In Valve Stem 974-017 at Advance Auto Parts

Where do you buy yours? I was quoting $60 each and if you go to Infiniti they are more like twice that.

Still love the G however!
I agree! I already had to change steering wheel bezel so just got carbon fiber and wrapped the handles. Would have thought those would come with a little more durablity since used the most. Guess not (like you said at least not for 08) not sure if newer models have same issue. But if you are a ebayer you can get from a top seller for around $35 new. Cheaper for used but dont know if you want to take that chance.
