help sizing options

Hi guys. I have a V36 2007 G35 DD sedan and I'm changing wheels soon..
I am down to two wheels:

1) MRR U06 : pic(http://tinyurl.com/bwtqk9u)
2) Avant garde M310: pic(http://tinyurl.com/cl2hlwk)

I don't know anything about tire sizing and wheel offsets and stuff.. could anyone please tell me what tire size and wheel size and offset i need to get for a fit on my g35 sedan ?? can i run staggered? i was initially considering the VMR V710's but they recommended a square fit (non-staggered) even tho many members here have it that way.

Thanks for your time; please shoot me this info .. just for the record, i think I'm favoring the 19's so i don't sacrifice on ride quality.. what do you think?

price and warranty are about the same on both.

The people selling the wheels should be, I'd hope, able to tell you the proper offsets and widths for the car. Once we know that it will be easier to narrow down tire sizes.

I like the Avante Garde, if they had these in 20s they would have been on my short list but only in 19s right now (the 20s are only in coupe offsets)
Really nice concave look too~

As far as offsets, the offsets listed in that above link will work nice for a staggered sedan fitment.
I ended up w/ Nutek Bavarias matte black 5 spoke, they'll be arriving Monday
