g35 rays vs stock g37 19s
Hey all,
I am looking at getting some 19s again. I found some sweet g35 rays and have heard they are ultralight. However, it looks like they are narrower than the stock g37 19s.
Here is the question. I have a 2011 graphite coupe s lowered on swift springs.
With the g35 rays, Do I need to run spacers? Can I fit 255/40 up front and 275/35 or 285/35 in the rear?
Which do you think would look better, the stock g37 19s in black or the g35s rays in matte black?
Anyone have pics of g37 coupe with the rays?
Thanks.

yea, I would say the g37 wheels may look classier, but the weight difference is pretty significant and it would make it look different.
Would I need to run spacers with the rays? How about those tire sizes?

I would stick with the 19s. There is a member who is selling the G35 wheels, but I think those wheels were best suited for the old gen coupe because the body lines were 'smaller'. But for track purposes, they are good.

weight & brakes
there's a significant weight difference, atleast 5lbs per wheel and it should clear big brakes. i've seen these wheel on 350z with brembo.
So the specs are:
19x8 +30et offset - front
19x8.5 +33et offset - rear
fronts are 19lbs
rears are 20lbs

What do you all think of either of TSW Interlagos or the Nurburing instead of the 19s from the g37. Really like the idea of the weight difference, but love the look of the 19s from the g37 (prior to 2012). Looks like each of the TSWs are about the same weight as the rays.
