What tires are ya'll running on your OEM 18s??

225F 245R. Just got them a couple weeks ago and have only driven her car a couple of times and didn't drive it hard. I can't accurately assess them well due to lack of seat time on them. However I've had them on my coupe in 20" size for a while and I don't have any complaints about turn in or anything else. I think they're better than any street tire Ive had. By far. On the G that includes OEM Potenza RE050A, Yoko S.drive, Hankook Ventus V12 evo, and Sumi HTR Z III.

I'm pretty close to the end of the treadlife on my current tires, OEM Bridgestone Potenzas, for the 18" sedan duckfeet rims. I've been debating between the Michelin PSS and the Michelin Primacy MXV4. I know the PSS have way more grip and are definitely the sportier choice for aggressive driving, BUT I don't drive like that enough for it to be worth it. I just want tires that have a smooth comfortable ride, sporty enough for when I want to take a corner hard (rarely, just every once in a while), and more importantly have a long durable treadlife. I was reading that the PSS has an estimated treadlife of 30K miles while the MXV4 has an estimated treadlife of 60K miles. Does anybody have any experience with the MXV4? Smooth ride? Long life? Decent grip for an old man like me? I'm also open to suggestions that would fit my criteria if anyone has any recommendations.
TL;DR - Looking for long lasting tires with smooth ride and decent enough grip for occasional spirited driving at a fair price.

I had MXV4's a while back on an acura and wasn't terribly impressed with them frankly. I don't know if the compound or tread pattern has been refreshed since then.
The wet grip on the PSS is so good, it's hard to recommend an AS tire unless you really must have that tread life. That, I can't really comment on since I've only just shoed on my PSS's.

Isn't the Primacy a touring tire? Hard compound and soft sidewall...

Read the review from car n driver. Michelin pss did well in dry and wet test. can you guys comment on how it would do in light snow. l live in nyc and understand a dedicated winter tires is best but dont have that option. thanks

I am running OEM 18 with dunlop maxx a/s that came with the car. Am happy with it but can do little better in snow and it wonder with the imperfection of the road. I am not too experience in this area so take my input with a grain of salt...just your average Joe driver.
Edit: search button is like magic, edit my post. For all season tires, I am considering continental dws ,BS re970as and Michelin pss a/s+. Out of these 3 which one handles bumps, road noise and overall comfort the best. Read the RE050A has stiffer side wall vs Michelin pss a/s+ with softer side wall which will take bumps in road better but once inflated it look more round. That said does the bridgestone re970as exhibit this phenomena. Tire track puts the re970 at the top in ultra high performance all-season category. Since all 3 rated well, Those with real life experience, which of the 3 would you choose base on my needs? Oh I also looking for tire that does not follow the curves of the road. Thanks. Btw I have a sedan x with hotchiks sway bar. Thanks
