Volkswagen GT30 TPMS

Ive searched the forum throughout about the tpms on these wheels but do you have to have the tire off the wheel to know if you have the rims with the second hole for it?? I'm trying to buy a set and the seller doesn't know if it has it or not

No, if there is a 2nd it'll be on the back side on the wheel. You should even be able to see it with the wheels on the car. If there isn't you can always buy the tpms adapters from iforged
