Will they fit?

I need your help! I was offered a good price on a used set of Lexani LSS-5 rims but I'm not sure if they will fit.
Front 20x8.5 245/35/20
Rear 20x 10 275/30/20
He thinks...the offset is +15
I have a 2012 g37s coupe that will be lowered on Eibachs.
It's a long way to go do a test fit!
Thanks.

There are three sorts of fitment issues you need to worry about (in order of importance)

1) Bolt pattern. Are those 114.3 x 5?

2) You have an S model, will those clear the OEM Brakes? (Check with seller/shop)

3) Offset is not something he thinks, he needs to find it out or measure it for you. Otherwise you'll never know how it would fit with respect to your fender. +15 on a 8.5 (front) is fine. On a 10" wheel (rear) would be pushing it.

Thanks g37Sam. Its a private seller he is checking the offsets. The rest appears to be in line. We will see!
