Official~Best offsets for running FAT tires!

I got a 2013 G37S 6speed sedan last year, had a 2004 G35 lowered with the 19" Rays before that.
I love the new G37 but I'd like to get some 19" on her and I was curious how important it is to most of you regarding going with forged wheels or not? I live in Seattle where the roads can be pretty bad. It's unlikely that I'll track the car but I don't want to hit a pot hole and have the rim go all out of shape on me.
As far as "affordable" forged options what are there? Basically just the 370z Rays, G37 coupe 19s or the IPL wheels?
Do the flow formed wheels approach the strength of true forged wheels? Does it really matter?

Forged are stronger, lighter (usually), and almost always significantly more expensive. You might find some decent forged wheels on the site now & then for around $2k, unfortunately most are coupe offsets that are too aggressive for sedan fitment
As far as flow formed or rotary forged wheels, they are stronger and lighter than gravity cast, and low pressure cast. The main advantage to these wheels is they don't have to have such thick barrels and spoke back-bracing which results in better clearance for big brakes especially w/ conservative offsets.
The SSR GTV line is a nice lineup of flow-formed wheels that clear BBK and
aren't too heavy, also have a nice look IMO.
Here's a thread w/ some wheels I happen to like at various price points, the Work Kiwamis are pretty tasty

Thanks Brad, that means alot coming from the Wheel Meister. It actually has already settled some more since yesterday. I will be posting a review on the Eibachs, and my before(dead stock) and after alignment specs after I take it in this weekend for an alignment. So far I'm pretty impressed with the ride quality. Also I posted a short review on the BFGs per your request.

You want 275/35's. 275/40 will look funny on 19's.
