Changing tires on a *leased* G37XS
I recently leased a 2012 G37XS and it came with the Dunlop Sport Maxx all-season tires. I live in MN and I always use dedicated winter tires/wheels in the winter. I would like to put on some Michelin Pilot Super Sports and sell the Dunlop tires on craigslist or something. When it comes time to turn my car in at the end of the lease, will Infiniti expect me to put some all-season tires back on? If not, it will make it much easier to pull the trigger on the Michelins ($800 installed minus $500? for selling the Dunlops = $300 out of pocket). If it will be required, I’m not sure I want to fork out more money for putting some all seasons back on.

"If you need to replace any tires, be sure they are a matching set that matches the type, quality, size and rating of the vehicle’s original factory tires."

However, I believe there is a good possibility that they wouldn't even notice or care as long as you have a good quality tire with plenty of tread.
Since you are in an area that receives snow they might ask for your set of snow tires as well and let it go at that.
