2 McGard wheel locks per tire?

Does anyone use more than one McGard wheel lock per tire? I was thinking of using 2 per tire as a further deterrent, but the wheel lock instructions say to only use one per tire. Is this for safety reasons?

I know if thieves really really want them they'll get them, but I'm hoping to just give them a small reason to move along and look for something easier. When wheel locks are used, how do they steal them? DO they hammer a smaller ratchet piece on? I'm thinking 2 wheel locks per tire would be twice as much hammering, and twice as much noise.

I use the McGard set. It comes with the spline drive lug nuts and regular locks. so I have two keys for my wheels.

Using 2 isn't going to improve anything. If they are deterred by them they'll move on. If they aren't deterred by one owe wheel, they won't be deterred by 2. Save your money.

I just ordered a set of these.

KYO-EI Dency 2000 Lock Nut - Plating

I've seen videos already where people have defeated the cover, but I figure its still a good deterent for the average punk that might not know what he is dealing with.
