I recently switched from Yoko S Drives to Nitto 555's. I needed tires ASAP because my s drives were showing the tube/belts already and the last thing I needed was a tire blow out so I went ahead and got it done. Got 2 Nitto 555's in the front now and still running s drives in the back. My question is what are your opinions on the Nitto 555's? How does it compare to the S Drives? The guy also said that these Nitto tires were popular and equal Performance if not more than the s drives, is this true? Thank you.

I rocked those a while back, they're a lot of fun when it rained due to their poor wet grip. They're very good summer tires

I had them on my 03 540i bmw and they were great tires. awesome grip, but like g37sam said, horrible wet grip so they're even more fun! Im hoping to throw these on the next set of wheels i get!

Thanks for the responses. How do they compare to the s drives? I've been using s drives since I got my iForged wheels which is pretty much since I've had my car. I'd say they were great tires from my experience, horrible in the rain as well though. But also that's been my only set of tires besides the stock ones that came on the car. This is only my second car so I'm a newbie when it comes to tires anyway.
