Tire Decisions for new 18" Setup

So I ordered my 18's in Front 9.5 and Rear 10.5.

As I said in my previous post when choosing my rims I want to put rubber to the ground with extreme prejudice.

I need help and feedback as I've thrown a ton of these at the tire calculators and even looked at some peoples somewhat similar setups on here which "technically" shouldn't be doable.

My dilemma is against 3 contenders. The Pilot Super Sports, Ultrac Sessantas, and lastly Falken FK 452's (Against the Falkens is the Hankook Ventus V12 EVOs *Same size specs*).

I've owned Ultracs before on my 350Z which had Volk GTS's in 255/275. They were awesome tires to say the least though the Pilot Super Sports are supposed to be on a whole other level. The Falkens got the worst reviews out of the 3 but are almost spot on for fitment on the sizes according to the calculators. I'm not even sure what will and won't fit, but seeing as I've seen guys pushing the envelope here with 19's and 20's I think most of these "should" be doable.

Especially from the more performance oriented guys I'm looking for input on if it will or won't fit and if the variances are too far.

Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas

Pilot Super Sports

Falken FK452s

Best combo that will fit the wheels and offer most tire selection is

255/45-18
275/40-18

Super Sports are amazing tires.

From what I keep reading the super sports are like having your wheels wrapped in baby jesus. Although I wanted thicker sidewall not many larger width tires stay in a 40 series. It looks like most hit 275 or 285 and switch to 35.
