Forgestar hub rings

So I finally got a set of tires on my new 20" F14s and I'm finally getting around to the install. Issue is, the hub centric rings that came with the wheels appear to be slightly too large to actually slide into the wheel bore. From my understanding they should just slide into place, or do I need to do a bit of "coaxing" to get them to fit?

as long as you can put "coax" the rings into the wheel and it can be installed on the car, there should be no problem.

Did you get aluminum or plastic rings?

They're an aluminum set that came with the wheels. As for coaxing them in, I think it's going to be a no go as they simply look to be too big for some reason. I might just run out to a wheel and tire place and get a new set.

So I got in touch with the dealer I went through and I just wanted to put this out there if others have a similar issue. Apparently Forgestar changed the wheel bore on the F14 from a 74.1 to 72.6 and the guys in their packaging/shipping department weren't too aware of the switch so they were sending out rings that would only fit the older wheels. If you do have this issue, just call up your dealer and they'll happily send a replacement set out for you.
