Bought a 08' G37S Coupe .. Tire Help!

Hey guys so i got my 08' G37S Coupe come to find out one of the rear right tires is completely crapped out(kind of new this) didn't think it was as bad as it is but now i'm looking to purchase new tires i've been researching for the last 2-3 hours and i've come to the conclusion that i like these

Michilin pilot super sport
225/45/19 (2) front

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus (2) Rear
Tire Size
245/40ZR-19 94Y BSW

My question is i want to save money ultimately but i want to have a good smooth ride on their too there is yokohama's or how ever you call them on the car already.
If i replace the one tire with a michelin sport will it feel weird?
Should i replace the back two if i get a good deal?
Will replacing the rear 2 give me a new feel? Or all four if i get a better deal?

Thanks, Luc

I would not replace just one. Mix matching tires is bad. I would replace all four.

ALWAYS replace tires in pairs if you are changing to something different unless it's an emergency. Mismatched tires on the same axle will wear and handle differently. You can replace 2 on an axle now and 2 more on the other axle later. It is best to have all 4 tires the same, but you can have different ones on the front and rear axles if necessary. If you live somewhere it gets cold you need to consider that the Michelin PSS are summer tires only and you'll need different ones in the winter.

I agree 100%, you should change all 4 at the same time and the same type. I just ordered my new set of Michelin Super Sports 245/40/19 Front and 275/35/19 Rear. If your doing tires my suggestion is, save your money and get quality tires because if you think about it, whats keeping your car with your life on the road are your tires..

Pretty bad combo mixing those two tires together. A sport summer only in asymmetrical design mixed with an all season directional tire can really cause issues. Should buy two more that match or a full set all around.

They are expensive, no doubt. But you'll be so glad you got them.
