My wife's 20" rims on the FX are factory chrome. We like chrome. I think it looks great with the matching chrome on the car.

I'd love to lower the car, but winter weather in Cleveland, OH won't allow that. That's what the yellow car is for. :-)

They are hard to come by, especially the xS version. That's one reason I jumped on it quickly (along with the Infiniti VPP Employee Pricing deal they had in Aug/Sept).

The chrome looks good on the red. I like it.
I had a Sebring coupe that was red with chrome rims.

The Z looks great. I miss my 04 Z.

Personally, I haven't been a fan of chrome rims since back in the day when Cragar SS and Keystone Classics were the height of aftermarket wheels, but these look great against the Vibrant Red, particularly complementary with all the window trim. This is one case where the chrome trunk lip actually works.

How did you get those S-Coupe rims chrome, anyway? What's the cost on a process like that?

$650 (plus shipping) for a chrome exchange from Wheel Concepts in CA.

There are a few early FXs that were actually made in red. With chrome wheels, chrome door handles, and chrome roof rails, they actually look like fire engines! :-) But they look really good on my wife's black one. I was hoping they would look good on the red with the chrome accents, and I think it does. You have to see it in person with the sun shining on them.
