Yokohama Avid Envigor

Hey Everyone,

I thought I would post my experience with the tires so far. I have the Sport with 19" rims, kept them at stock size. They have been on for about 4500 miles now. Overall they are a very decent tire, and I got them at cost for $840 from my tire guy. For breaking, they are top notch. I do notice in the rain they stop much more confidently then the stock Potenzas. As far as turning goes, they aren't quite as good as the Potenzas and tend to oversteer a little more than I would like them to. They are a bit noisy on turns and breaking, but if I get the 30,000 miles that they are supposed to get, it will be worth it.

I only got 15,000 out of the Potenzas. The minute I started hydroplaning at 25mph on good roads I knew it was time for them to go.

Anyone else have these tires? Thoughts?

I've had mine for 10k. Doing very well with plenty of tread left. My only complaint is that I wish the tires came out a bit more to protect the edge of the rim.
