First mod, rim question!

So I'm looking forward to my first mod, I want to get some new rims. Looking into the TSW Nurburgrings and they look pretty good to me. Just wondering what size I should get in order to not need to replace the tire. I currently have the 19" sports. I need the 19 x 8.5 right?

I see options on some sites to order TPMS kits with the rims, do I need to?

I'm not really into the whole concave look, honestly I don't really like those rims at all. Anyways trying to keep a tight budget :S
