Bolt pattern is about the only useful thing here. No Offense. ...I would never do a 7in wheel, or buy aftermarket wheels with a +45 offset.
OP - Your question is going to depend a lot on personal preference. Also, some of those numbers are going to affect others. Example - offset will be dependent on wheel width.
...you could also find some pictures of members cars that you like and ask for their specifications.
What are you going for? Duplicate OEM? Wide flush stance? Etc.
