Forgestar vs Axis
Hey Fellas,
Thinking about getting some rims.
They'd be 19's, cuz I don't want to be riding on 20's.
But what do you guys think about gunmetal Forgestar CF5's on a black coupe or the Axis superhiro's?
Thanks.

To be honest, I don't like any of them. Not to disappoint you, but they are not my cup of tea as an opinion.
If you are looking for good wheels. Like the Axis Super Hiro. Get VOLK GTS they look better and they are in 19inchs + they are lighter than bother of those wheels.
For Forgestar CF5 I would rather get VVSCV3 they would make the G37S Coupe stunningly looking, but they would look good only in 20inchs i guess. The bad things about them. They might not be lighter than the stock wheels.
Always get something lighter weight than the stock, so you can feel the difference of driving the car and it's good, so you don't spoil the engine or some parts because they would be happy and the car will struggle to move when it will accelerate.
Unless weight, driving pleauser, quality doesn't really matter to you. you can get what you like, but my advice don't rush my friend. collect good money if you don't have and do your savings by getting a wheel that is out standing you will never think of changing it because you are bored of the design or because it's really heavy and you don't like how the car feels or how the gears are shifting specially if it's automatic.
Good luck my friend

Thanx for the input guys
I looked these up and theyre both about the same weight as the stock rims so they wouldnt be helpin, but they wouldnt be hurtin either..
I want 20's cuz they look way better and tires are cheaper, but dont want the harsh ride

just know that forgestars aren't really forged. they just use the name and the "rotary forged" is a fancy name for cast. I was looking into them myself and found that out. Out of the two, i'd still go with forgestar over axis though
