Most people subscribe to the "every other oil change" idea.

6,000-7,500 miles.

I think that's probably the best bet, myself.

IMO every 3-5k if you are running some serious camber.. or every 8k or so for just a regular avg driver.

This is pretty subjective to your suspension setting and your specific needs.

I find my RWD G has pretty even tread wear, but I do the tire rotation every 6K anyway.

Every other oil change would be fine. If you do a 10,000 miles oil change, then do it every change just to be on the safe side.

I have a 6mt so I have a staggered set up. I don't rotate my tires. I guess I could go left side to right side, but eh. Most of the benefit of doing rotations is going front to back.

I usually rotate tires when switching summer/winter.

Maybe mine is different but I have different size tires on the back than the front of my rwd G (stock). Can't rotate them.

I did it at 8500 at my third oil change (first change was 2000 miles). Very even tire wear.

INFINITI G37, your signature indicates you do not have an S model so your 4 wheels, if OEM, should also be the same size. Unless you have a journey with S package

The OP has an X. All four tires are the same size, likely directional and can only be rotated front to back. No crossing unless they are unmounted.
I rotated mine whenever they got close to 1/8" difference between front and rears. I don't base my rotation on oil change intervals. One has nothing to do with the other. Oil is changed at regular intervals and tires wear depending on driving. I have the convenience of being able to do it in my own garage but that is irrelevant.

I use a tire thread depth gauge and measure the depth at the outside, inside and middle of each tire.
When I bought the G, I received 2 free oil changes and 1 free tire rotation. Now I do my own maintenance.
I had about 9,000 miles since the dealer did the free tire rotation when I last did an oil change at 15,000 miles.
When I checked the depth of the thread, at that time, all the tires were wearing evenly, so I figured I'd leave well enough alone.

I just looked at your location. I guess it is because you do not have a North American model of the G37.
G37 sedans in North America have the same size wheels (all 4) unless the car is the G37S or is a G37 Journey with the Sport Package option added.
All others have 17x7.5 or 18x7.5, front and rear wheels.

if the setup is staggered but the tires are non-directional, do you guys just swap side to side?
