NO GOD! PLEASE NO!!! NOOOOOOOOOO - YouTube
In all seriousness, though, the fact that you are debating this change can only mean that you are not 100% happy with your current set-up. That means you probably never will be. If you think going from a Volk wheel to a Vossen will make you happy, then go for it... No regrets.

Oh ****... keep that Larry guy away from this thread!!!
It would be a downgrade monetarily but I think it would be a very clean look and match your set up better. I have never been a fan of gold wheels though so that has a lot to do with it but I think the CV3s would look sick with your setup, even better then that M6. I think the CV1s will be hard to beat though. Your car seemed to rock the CV1s better than any other car I have seen. Always fun to change the style up though, keeps the car new to you in a way.

as for the wheel decision. I personally love your wheels but Bill has a point. Or if you have enough money to spend you could always buy the CV3's and try them out then decide which one to sell.

IMHO this would be a absolute down-grade! Why would you want to ever down-grade anything on the G?? Also your issue about cleaning.. you have to realize that more spokes you have, the more difficult it is going to be to clean them. All mesh style/multi-spoke wheels are PITA to keep clean. This is the price you pay to look good. All worth it in the end IMO.
I say keep em all the way!

Why not get your current wheels color matched with your grill and headlights?

Your Cv1 Setup was perfect. I would of left it as it was. Not feeling the Volks, completely changed the look of the car. CV3 are a second choice, but the CV1 style was real nice. Looked similar to stock but had more of a wow factor to it. They are what the stock wheels should of looked like.

What do you do in the winters? I see your from Jersey, so I am guessing you store your car or go back to stock. Its a tough choice both look great and it depends on your taste. I was in a similiar situation, I just sold my cv1's to buy some work wheels which I have decided to use during the summer months(Mar-oct) and now I am thinking about getting a set of Vossen Cv3 or 4 to ride on in winter months(Nov-Feb) . If you have the funds maybe this option could work. Any ways I think you will make the right decision based on your two previous choices. Plus if you do decide on Cv3's and u you dont like them you could sell them very fast around here.
