Question Vossen tire/offset question... CV3s on way! confused ..

Excuse me if this is a stupid question... I ordered a set of CV3s which should be arriving sometime next week. I see people on forums talking about different offsets +20, +25 and the "perfect offset" . I thought the wheels came to flush fit our cars? Do they offer different offset option? Im confused .... What does that mean?

I also am curious as to what tires most are using on there Vossens... I see a few cars on forum that look bad *** with the tire stretched ... Some pics of tire sizes on different G's would be great.... I just dont want to buy wrong tires and kill the look. My car is pretty Low ... Tein S-Tech drop with rear camber kit ... I dont know if thats something that needs to be taken into consideration....

Any info and pics is greatly appreciated ... Thanks!

No, they are not fit to our cars. What offsets did you decide to get? That is the main question. Then you can start to decide on tires.

Run 235/265 for best Combo! I have the 20/25 and love it more then the 255s I use to run , but that's just me! 265s have a slight stretch and w S techs I say run that. Tire stretching won't make it look aggressive the offsets will. Now that u have 20/25s coming just get some 235/265!

Vossen offers

20/25

32/45 for the CV3 u gonna want 20/25 and Beeing on S techs look into 235/65 Generals they are very inexpensive! If u have extra $$ go Toyo T1R 235/265 .

Reason for two tire choices is That no other brand offer 265s . I don't recommend 255s they stretch a lot and unless u plan to add spacers and push wheels out even more just stay w 20/25 235/265 , perfect offsets / slight stretch aggressive drop will all tie together.

Agree with Vossen37S on offset and tire combo... But always remember that all tires don't fit/stretch the same. Example i'm running 10.5 (cv3's) 452's 255/35/20 and they look a lot more stretch than my boys which he's running same wheel with Sunny's 235/35/20

Can't wait to see your ride with the new wheels.....
