RS8 was always on the list, until white venom mentioned cordons to me. the deal breaker was the shipping cost...it was waaaay too high...plus most of the guys i talked to here recommanded RS8...

regarding dropping the car...police here are cracking down on this sort of thing...dropping/bodykits/exhaust...etc...i would love to drop, but cant deal with getting pulled over everday for it...but you never know...we will see when i put the wheels on...

 

I kind of doubt you'd have an issue....people who dont know the car well can't even tell mine is dropped....eibach is really slight....Ask G37Sam hes on eibachs and on your side of the world

 

i know Sam...he is worried about renewing his car now, because here they inspect cars before they renew. they even inspect the side mirrors and see if they are working!!!! they look for everything here...but that all depends on who you get for inspector...some let it go some dont...

 

sorry for going OT but inspect side mirrors? wtf? its a mirror, how do they check it if works, look for their ugly reflection in it?

 

Dam that's wack, you should slam it with a huge exhaust and rock an FTP sticker on your rear window. Lol but fit offsets I'd stay in the 30s, remember a 30 on a sedan is flush and on a coupe is tucked

 

what i meant to say is, they check if the mirror is cracked or in one piece, even if you have sticker on your car, they ask to be taken off...i dont know what is the point for checking all this but they do and we have to follow...

 

see if D2 will work with you on price to compensate the shipping, give them a second chance...

 

I had Concept. One wheels before and I have a new set now and I haven't had any problems I'm running 30 Offset in the front and 43 in the rear... very conservative but I'm really happy with them.
