DPE doesn't have a shop anymore, I think they take calls/orders from a home/garage, where was he?

Yeah I'm going through the same issue with another vendor, if there's any way you can stop the payment I would. Unfortunately I can't. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.

The thing about DPE though is they are one of the better wheel companies when it comes to customer service.

Iforged has had its fair share of products. JLine is very difficult to get a hold of. There are numerous forged wheel companies opening in south Florida that get popular for 6 months and disappear (ie. Kranson).

HRE is probably one of the only companies that has a really solid reputation. Of course, with that comes a higher price point. And at the end of the day, I am sure HRE has had a mix up or two here or there.

^ I agree DPE "is" one of the better wheel companies. Everything you say sounds about right. I have friendships with people at Iforged and have bought a few sets so maybe I've been treated differently when it comes to communicating through wheel development. But the reason I originally bought my first set of Iforged wheels because I was disappointed with DPE when trying to entertain price quotes for customization. They were terrible responding to e-mails and phone calls (with me) it seemed like they weren't concerned with helping me, so I decided to shop elsewhere and have been more than satisfied.

Well I just got off the phone with them. They are getting my step lips tomorrow, building it tomorrow, and shipping it on Monday. So we will see if it gets shipped to me then and if I'm going to flip out. im still thinking maybe i shoulda went 20's instead of 19's, but ill see. and what pisses me off more now is I'm not even throwing these on till next spring now because of the delay in the coilover company I was going to go with that was coming out with a whole new coilover for the X's. Plus the exhaust I want isn't dropping till atleast next month so my money is going towards that before tires so my entire car has now moved to a spring build with me holding a **** ton of pieces till then... and before I get asked what my build is for the sedan(i dont have everything yet), this is it:
19x9.5 +25 19x10.5 +32 DPE S20's(if they **** up again, im going with VIP Modular VSX110's) w/ Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110(trying to decide on sizes)
OEM non-sport front lip(till someone comes out with a sport lip I like I wont swap the front end or play the cutting game with a Top Secret front one and molding it, yes i know it would take work)
OEM front mud guards
OEM midnight black grill (might switch this to completely Obsidion)
Access Evolution Rear Diffuser
Access Evolution Roof Spoiler
Painted OEM trunk trim (not swapping trunks till I decide if I want to bite the bullet to pay Challenge USA for one or get Strafespeeds)
Akebono Brake Upgrade painted yellow with Stoptech Rotors and brake lines
JIC Magic Coilovers
Hotchkis Sways
SPC Front and Rear Camber kit
3m Window Tint (25/30% which is already done)
Wrapped window trim (already done)
Full GTHaus Meisterschaft Exhaust
Stillen Gen 3 Intake (powdercoated black)
Still trying to decide who to go with for engine cover and radiator shroud (want either the normal carbon kevlar or the one that Bride & Backyard Special use)
GTSpec Front Strut Tower bar (mounts powdercoated black, black chrome bar)

Thats pretty much what I'm looking at

You will need to run some good stretch on your tires. 225/40 and 255/35 or 235/40 and 265/35 at the most.... I don't think you have a whole lot of other choices. You need to keep the tire sizes close on the X, and you won't be able to go any wider with those offsets. I would do the 235/40 and 265/35 if you can. You will need to run some pretty good camber in the rear (up to -2.5 degrees). The front will be close, but I think it will clear with the natural camber from the drop.

Edit: Actually, the Hankook's are only available in the 225/40/19 and 255/35/19. That's the thing that sucks about 19's is the limited tire selection....

Get VOLK Wheels they make your car standout and ignore all the other useless wheels brands or you can get Vossen. Those are the best I have seen who work on Wheels
