Normally I would never ask this because my opinion is my own but im really torn....

I've got a 2011 Blue Slate g37s....I'm having trouble getting an inspiration for what style of wheels/color of wheels would suit this awesome color. Maybe it's because I don't see many blue slates around the forum??....not sure as I usually come up with my mod choices from my own ideas as they often vary from the pack...

Having said that, I'm not asking anyone to choose my wheels for me...more than just give a thought on what you would think would look good with blue slate so I can look and compare.

I'm leaning towards VOLKS as I've used them on other cars and have always liked them but I'm open to other suggestions as well (not too big on Vossen but some are nice...actually, not that I don't like them, just tired of seeing them on G's). In regards, to VOLKS, I'd like to stay away from the GT30's as they are too abundant on G's (although I agree they do look good =) ).


So...what do you guys think would compliment blue slate? Post pics with your suggestions if possible. Inspire me to build this thing right.

(also...I'm typically not a 5 spoke fan but not opposed to the right 5 spoke)

What are your other mods? Are you slammed? I think the theme you are going for plays a role in a wheel decision. If you're into the tuner look, I would suggest a CE... in white. (I realize not too many people would be on board with that.)

If you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of the tuner/aggressive look. But I think it's safe to say that I am in the minority around here...

I have blue slate too. Really thinking of getting some volk gtm's in whatever dark gray color (not very familiar with volk colors). I think either silver or gunmetal looks best on blue slate. This color is a total betch to match with.

For a Blue Slate, I like magnesium grey, formula silver color wheels. Keep it clean and simple.
