When I used to be a vendor on here, I sold quite a few sets. F14s are pretty hot. Some more people have them but they usually lay low and are quiet.

If anyone has questions about Forgestars, feel free to PM me.

Not sure on your tax rate and the exact converison right now but that seems a little high. I just bought some straight from forgestar and d2auto quoted me a good price after I had already bought them too. PM me if you want more details

Pm'd back. Good luck with whatever you do and make sure to let us know. BTW my lead time was 4-5 weeks because you can custom pick your offset with them

So...I have decided to go for the 19" F14 but now I need to think of my offset. I am planning on lowering the car with Eibach Spring. Any recommendation?

You really need to search around and check out different pics to get an answer to this because only you know exactly how agressive of a look and feel you want. Contact a dealer or forgestar directly too and they will suggest something to you probably very safe that you will need to add spacers to run flush with but you really need to pick a look and work back from there.
