TPMS problem
I recently installed a set of coupe 19s with TPMS and had tires installed at America's Tire. They reset the TPMS and the light goes off, but only to start flashing and turn back on after about 30 miles. Brought the car back and they reset them again and same thing. Light comes back on after about 30 miles or so. They can't figure out what the problem is. any ideas?

Off topic but what is your set up with your coupe wheels on your sedan? Do you have AWD Sport? Those are the wheels that i want on my 09 sedan! I've been wondering if 19x8 would work on my sedan all the way around. Sorry i couldn't chime on your TPMS problem though. Hope somebody can assist you with that.

From what i know, the 2010 G37 use a different sensor than 2008-2009. The part number for coupe tpms is 40700-JK00A, and it is interchangeable with 40700-JK00B, and 40700-JK00C.
In 2010, they switched the sensor to a different one: 40700-1LA0A.
I can't really tell you why they were able to program the tpms to your car. Go back and let them read the code from the TPMS, instead of just clearing the code.

On second thought, the 19 coupe wheels sensors are probably not even programmed to your car. The tire shop probably just cleared the TPMS trouble code. After 30 miles, the TPMS system does not receive any signals from the sensors and lights up. You go back, they clear the code again, then the process repeats.
The problem is probably due the incompatibility between the coupe sensors and your car's TPMS.

That's interesting. Last thing I can think of is when the light goes off again, have the tire shop read the diagnostic code. You can do this yourself too if you want. There is a plug tied to the obd port. If you use a wire and ground that port, turn the car to the on position, the TPMS light will start flashing in a specific pattern. The flashing will tell you the trouble code.
