Look around the forum and find a drop you like, also read peoples reviews on springs or coilovers. This topic varies among many people. Price for install in my area of south Texas is around 150-250 depending what needs to been done. Do some research first it will better help you understand.

First off, kkokko, thank's for an excellent writeup. That's been the most helpful article in choosing an offset that I've seen.

Hands down, SRG, your ride looks the best. As someone who purchased a luxury car, I would like to maintain some semblance of luxury. I personally find wheel poke and tire stretch to be more 'boy racer' or 'rice'.

Not only that, I question the safety of mounting stretched tires. Sorry, TheDrain, but that rear looks downright dangerous to me. Tire manufacturers design tires to fit on specific sized wheels, and from the look of some of these mounting jobs, its clear they're outside of the recommended specifications. There's no way the bead will seat and have the same lateral support that a tire on a properly sized wheel will have. How many race cars do you see with stretched tires? Not (m)any.

Call me conservative, but I'll be going with the +32/+42 setup. I think it looks classier and more 'grown up.' A 285 rear tire fills the wheel well very nicely and makes the view from the rear aggressive.

That's just my opinion though. Everyone is entitled to their own.

thanks a lot man for the nice words, it always is nice to hear someone elses opinion cause after a while my own kinda dies out lol I'm really debating on getting some coils maybe by next year, just to cover the gap just a tad more...eibach drop is by car close to perfect for our cars to keep that luxury/sporty look but after a while i just want to go a little lower but not by much because philadelphia area roads are weak lol but thank you once again!

Forgive my newbness, I'm so lost when it comes to offsets, needs of spacers on these cars (never had staggered wheel sets before)

I personally like the look of #1 on the first page, it's flush, the rim doesn't stick out from the tire, smooth ride, etc. So do you order the wheels with the offset you want? (that's what I'm unsure of the most)
I'd go with the +32/+42 and a 245/35/20 and 285/30/20. Does this set up require spacers? Car would be dropped on BC coilovers. And the wheels will be CV3's or VVS084's 20". Advice please!

No you will not need spacers on the car. Unless in the future you decide you want your wheels to sit more flush. yes your set up with 245/35 and either 275/30 or 285/30 will be just fine with the offsets of +32 and +42.

Also cv3 only has a 45 offset as well.......not +42

So the offset depends on the wheel, I gotcha. Of course, going to the Vossen page, the specs page can't be displayed for some reason. Is that normally where I'd find the offset for each wheel? And the G's bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3 right? Thanx!

IMO 20/25 on 245/275 on an eibach drop is the worst setup lol
