My girl always huffs and puffs when I don't valet, but this is exactly why!

Good luck, and if they don't give you what you want, pay a little to have a small claims lawyer write a demand letter. That will light a fire under their ***.
I feel you man.. how they bitch and moan when you dont park directly in the ****, sandwiched between 2 90's dodge caravans... its enough she kick the speaker and the skirt every time she gets out... a little bit of walking cant hurt.

From: Framingham Ma,
Sorry man.,, I used a valet at the hospital when my sis was getting a operation. Valet blew my clutch.. I filled a claim talked to their INS and they wanted me to pull the clutch out so they could look at it,( Just to say we claim nothing), I did not have the 1k tp front to pull it just so they can say no.. I took the $$ and traded it in for my coupe.

Hope you have pics before you went there casue I'm sure they are gonna say they where like that, No pics You maybe out of luck..

Dang man. I hope u get full $ reimbursed.
I lucked up and got a spot last week right next to the Valet cars so I didn't use them.
My boy left the out club before me to go stand by the car/talk on his phone. When I came out they were around him. He said they said "yeah I've messed up a few of these." he said "what, how?"
Valet said "u ever saw Ferris Bueller?"
I went and YouTube'd the scene. Smh.

Sorry to hear that man. I agree with another comment made earlier, at least they're looking into it. These are the exact reasons why I never break my rules: No valet parking, no exceptions. Even though you may get your money back, get everything back in order its the risk and the hassle of going through legal measures, etc. that is not worth it IMHO.
I really do hope everything gets resolved.

I've known of quality hotels that have a policy to err in favor of the guest. IMHO, if you are sent to the Hotel's insurance company and have any hassles, I’d go direct to the hotel and small claims if they won't make it right.

-It has happened to lots of us. I read in the newspaper a while back about a valet wrapping a Ferrari around a post. Last time I valeted, many years ago, I came back to get an award from my car only to find my car gone and two valets out street racing, one with my car.

Now I don't valet... even company cars. I won't stay at hotels that force valet parking any more. (Monterey Plaza, sorry, I miss you.) On the other hand, if I was with a really hot date, I might wanta skip the walk in the rain too. Let us know how the hotel treats you. IMHO they deserve credit either way.

I have numerous pics of the wheels, but none of them are obviously right before I dropped it off that night. The owner of the shop that installed my Hankooks however can testify that the wheels were in perfect condition when I left his shop at 3 PM that day. Maybe that's something.

Your GF was with you too. She's a witness. The tire shop is a great witness too. If you can, find out where and how they may have parked your car to show how it "probably" was damaged. You only need to tip the balance to win the case, if the hotel doesn't agree and correct the stituation at the start. Personally, I try to be really nice... at first. :-) Best of luck.

Sorry to hear man. Sucks! Especially with some nice wheels. At least if they were ugly wheels you could improve, but not in this case.

I can imagine how you feel; I have RE30's myself. I'm lucky my wife is as paranoid about the car as I am. At least you have witnesses. It may be a little late now, but I agree with Boomer about trying to find out where and how they might have parked the car. You might find something there to win your case. Good luck man.

Sorry to hear..
I was just staying at the Aria in vegas and everytime y boyfriend and I valeted the rental the valets marked the ticket with any visible damages before taking the car. If they give you a hard time ask them to see the valet ticket (granted if they keep records of them).
